Careers & Pathways Expo Recap
We are excited to share highlights from our inaugural Careers and Pathways Expo held at Northshore on Thursday, 12 June. This event provided a fantastic opportunity for our Secondary School students and their families to explore what Northshore offers for Year 11 and 12 students, as well as to delve into various pathways and potential career options after school.
Our dedicated Secondary School Teachers showcased impressive displays, each highlighting the unique aspects of their subjects. They engaged in meaningful conversations with students and families, providing insights and support in their educational journeys.
We welcomed a diverse array of exhibitors, including universities, TAFEs and private companies, offering a wealth of information about post-school options.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the planning and execution of this event. With Year 10 students preparing to select their subjects and pathways for the coming year, the Expo provided them with invaluable insights and the chance to ask questions about their future.
The Expo also fostered a wonderful sense of community, as families gathered around the fires, enjoyed delicious offerings from our food trucks, and some even braved the mechanical surfboard for a bit of fun.

A special acknowledgment goes to Mrs Jill Stockill, whose passion for guiding our students in their pathway choices was instrumental in the success of this event. Her dedication truly shone through in every detail of the Expo.
