Secondary Mid-Year Awards Assembly 2026

Celebrating Student Excellence and Growth

On Wednesday, 22 July, our school community gathered for the Mid-Year Awards Ceremony, an opportunity to celebrate the achievements, growth and character of our students throughout Semester 1.

The ceremony recognised students across a range of areas, including:
  • Academic Awards – celebrating students who have demonstrated excellence, commitment and a strong work ethic in their subject areas.
  • Growth Awards – acknowledging students who have shown perseverance, resilience and significant progress in their learning journey.
  • Citizenship Awards – honouring students who consistently demonstrate our school values through their actions, relationships and contributions to our community.

While awards provide a wonderful opportunity to celebrate individual achievements, we are reminded that success is measured in many ways. The effort students put into overcoming challenges, showing resilience and continuing to grow is just as worthy of recognition.

Through our CHARIS values of Courage, Humility, Appreciation, Respect, Integrity and Self-Control, we seek to nurture students who are not only successful learners but also people of strong character who positively impact those around them.

We are incredibly proud of all our students and the commitment they have shown throughout Semester 1.

We look forward to celebrating continued growth and achievements in the months ahead.
